This page is where you can:

• Cancel existing registration and request credit

• Inquire about your current credit balance

• Request to use credits, including volunteer credits, for an upcoming event.

Credit redemption must be requested at least two weeks before the upcoming event you would like to register for.

​

Cancellation requests within 30 days of the event will not be responded to.

​

If you have purchased RegShield Event Insurance, we will not process any credit requests without confirmation that the claim has been declined.

Please check your RunSignup account for available voucher credit before requesting.

Allow 15 business days for processing during normal weeks (outside of race weeks). Additional submissions for the same request will delay the response.

Please include all details of your request in the final details section, this will speed up the process and eliminate any back-and-forth.

Submission must meet the TROT Policy  and follow the TROT Volunteer Credit guidelines (read before submitting the form).
