REQUEST & USE CREDIT

This page is where you can:

  • Request credit for a current or recently canceled race registration for an upcoming TROT race.

  • Inquire about your current credit balance

  • Request to use credits, including volunteer credits, for an upcoming event.

Credit use must be requested at least two weeks prior to the upcoming event you would like to register for.

​

Please check your UltraSignup account for available credit prior to requesting.

​

Allow 10 business days for processing during normal weeks (outside of race weeks).

​

Please include all details of your request in the final details section, this will speed up the process and eliminate any back-and-forth.

Submission must meet the TROT Policy  (read before submitting the form).

TROT Credit Form

TROT Credit Policy meets or exceeds industry-standard credit policies including no credits within 30 days of race day and no refunds. Requests not meeting our policy guidelines will not be responded to.
