Trail Racing Over Texas LLC (“TROT,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and related entities including Neff Running LLC, Hardloop Endurance, Cara Cara Sports, and associated coaches and representatives, provides this website and all related platforms (the “Site”) subject to the following Terms.

By accessing or using the Site, registering for events, purchasing products or services, or participating in any TROT-related activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site and all content, including text, graphics, images, videos, training materials, and other materials (“Materials”), are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

All Materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any Materials without prior written consent.

TROT reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Site at any time.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Participation in endurance training and events involves inherent risks, including serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

• Release and hold harmless TROT and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities

You expressly agree that TROT is not providing medical advice and that you are responsible for monitoring your own condition and seeking medical care when necessary.
 

4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

By purchasing any product, service, or event registration, you agree to:
 

• Pay all applicable fees

• Authorize charges to your selected payment method

• Accept that purchases are final unless otherwise stated
   

Memberships and subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.

TROT reserves the right to change pricing at any time with notice.
 

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and further action.
 

5. User Conduct

• Misrepresent your identity
