This form is for reporting discrepancies in the time, laps, status, and placing for TROT results hosted on UltraSignup within ONE MONTH of the event completion. This is for participants of the event only. Please provide as much detail and "evidence" as possible. Facts and data are most important, I do not need a race report story. 

This is NOT for events that are currently in progress ("live results") - please wait five days after each event for results to be published and available under the official results link on the UltraSignup event page.


This is not for reporting mileage discrepancy between your GPS watch (or other devices) and the event distance.


This is not for reporting other runners or rule violations (please email directly for other concerns).


Thank you for working together with the race director on making results accurate. It is always our goal to have accurate timing and results finalized as quickly as possible for our runners. System errors, outages, poor internet connection, and mistakes do happen. We do run backup systems to assist in verifying any discrepancies and are always working on improving this part of our events.


Before submitting this form:


Check the results tab on the UltraSignup event page. Do not refer to "live results" or events currently in progress.

Ensure the information you use is the same as your UltraSignup account. TROT cannot change personal information on your Ultrasignup account or assist with account access.
