Aly Gregory is one of our youngest and most fearless ambassadors on the team this year. After battling back from injury last year, Aly toes the line and always grabs a podium finish at TROT races. Quick with a joke and quicker on the trails, Aly personifies the spirit of trail running and we are stoked to have her on the team!

10 Questions with Aly:

What’s the most useless talent you have?

I’m unusually good at puzzles.

What is the dumbest way you have been injured?

My friend and I were riding mountain bikes recently and we had a miscommunication about the direction we were going while riding at a decent speed. I ended up going over my handlebars and herniating three discs in my spine. That had me sitting out of races last spring.

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?

Outside podcast produced a four part series about wildfires which has been really interestingand informative.

What is the most distant place you’ve visited?

Altra Lone Peaks. They have saved my toes.

Favorite time of day to run

I know it’s not most people’s choice, but I honestly love running in the early afternoon. I’m enjoy the heat, even if it’s 100 degrees and humid. I also love soaking up the sun after usually being inside most of the day.

What accomplishment are you most proud of?

Finishing my first 50 miler at Orion last year for sure.

Mint Chocolate Chip

My perseverance, in life and in running.
